2. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes provided are free and valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Quotes are based on a visual inspection. If additional work is required once the project has commenced, we will discuss any price adjustments with you before proceeding.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes at the customer's request.

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of the project.
• Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the work, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• We accept various payment methods, which will be specified on your invoice.

4. Guarantees and Workmanship

• We provide a workmanship guarantee on all new installations and specified repairs. The duration of the guarantee will be confirmed in your project documentation.
• Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms.
• Guarantees do not cover damage caused by extreme weather events (beyond normal wear and tear), third-party damage, or lack of maintenance by the owner.

5. Liability

• Master K Roofing Ltd holds full public liability insurance.
• While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or damage caused by factors outside our control.

6. Cancellations

Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for any contracts signed at home, in accordance with consumer protection regulations, unless emergency repairs are requested to start immediately.
